When you use this website, I may collect: your name and email address (when you submit a contact form or email me directly), your message content, and basic technical data such as browser type and device (via analytics, if enabled). I do not collect sensitive personal data. This website is not directed at children under 16. I do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

3. How I Use Your Data

I use your data solely to: respond to your inquiry or project request, manage our working relationship and invoicing, and improve this website. I do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

I process your personal data on the basis of your consent (contact form submission) and legitimate interest (project management and communication). Where applicable, I process data to fulfil a contract with you.

5. Data Sharing

I do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except where required by law or where necessary to deliver services. Third-party tools I use include: Google Analytics and Framer Analytics (website analytics), Cal.com (appointment scheduling), and PayPal (payment processing). These tools are GDPR-compliant or operate under appropriate data transfer safeguards.

6. Data Retention

I retain your data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by law. Contact inquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. Project and invoicing data may be retained for up to 10 years in accordance with Czech accounting and tax law requirements.

7. Cookies & Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics and Framer Analytics to understand general traffic patterns. Google Analytics may use cookies to collect anonymised usage data. No advertising cookies or third-party trackers are used for marketing purposes without consent.

8. Your Rights Under GDPR

As a data subject, you have the right to: access the personal data I hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request erasure of your data; restrict processing of your data; receive your data in a portable format; object to processing based on legitimate interest; and withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, www.uoou.cz). I will respond to all valid requests within one month. Some tools I use (including Google Analytics and PayPal) may transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including to the United States. Such transfers are carried out under appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
